The Canadian Cybersecurity Network has launched an innovative recruiting platform that allows employers to access the best cyber students directly – without having to reach out individually to each university or college to interview students.
CCN's new Cyber Student Portal allows students to post their resume, video and more to their profile to differentiate themselves and shine to potential employers, who now have direct access to reach out and hire the best.
Students can now post their profiles to employers from across the country, making their job search much easier. A recruitment process that was mostly local or based on job fairs is now national.
Employers and students have said the current recruiting processes that are in place are cumbersome, costly and localized. The Cyber Student Portal allows direct, low-cost access to all new cybersecurity talent on one hiring hub.
Cyber employers and cyber students both win, and schools will see higher placement success rates.
As of today, Jan. 18th, students can register here. Employer access will launch on Feb. 6.
